Volleyball Hawkes Bay

General Information

This is a weekly competition and is open to all Secondary Schools in our region

Senior Secondary School teams play in Term 1. Junior Secondary School teams play in Term 4 - but may enter into Term 1 if spaces are available

Games are played on a Tuesday night at the Rodney Green Foundation Arena & the Pettigrew Green Arena from 4pm-9pm

This weekly competition caters for the competitive through to social teams with finals been held in the last week of the competition

Secondary Schools Tournaments

Volleyball Hawke's Bay also hold a Senior Open Tournament and a Seeding Tournament later on in Term 1, preparing the teams for the New Zealand Secondary Schools Volleyball Championship which is held during Summer Tournament Week and is held in Palmerston North.

The Junior Open and Seeding Competitions are held in Term 4, also in preparation for the North Island Junior Secondary Schools Volleyball Championship. These are hosted in a different location every year.
