VOLLEYBALL HAWKES BAY ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Wednesday 12th November 7pm 2025
The Volleyball Hawkes Bay AGM will take place 7pm 12th November 2025 in the Board Room upstairs Rodney Green Arena Hawkes Bay, Gloucester Street Taradale, Napier.
We encourage all members and stakeholders to attend. If you are unable to be there in person there will be a link to attend the meeting to delegated voters shared.
Each affiliated club or other organisation (eg schools) may elect or appoint one Delegate to represent the club or school at and to vote on behalf of the club or school.

Motion
If you have any notices of motion as per Rule 19. please submit these in writing to office@volleyballhb.org.nz by 12:00pm Friday 7th November 2025
Board Member Vacancies
There will be eight vacancies – Any member who wishes to be considered for election as a Committee Member at the AGM must lodge written notice confirming he/she is willing to be appointed.
The notice should be submitted prior to the AGM.
Agenda
The AGM agenda will be sent out on Wednesday 5th November 2025 outlining business to be discussed, motions, and the shortlist of potential Elected Board Members.
