Entries are now open for the 2026 Central Zone League (CZL) – the premier volleyball competition across the Central Zone, incorporating Taranaki, Whanganui, Manawatū, Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, and Wellington.

The CZL provides a high-performance competition pathway and determines qualification for the Volleyball New Zealand Club Championships, supporting both elite performance and regional volleyball development.

💰 Entry Fee

  • $1,300 per team (including GST)
  • Payment due: Monday, 29 June 2026 – 6:00 PM

Conditions of Entry

All entering clubs must ensure:

  • Affiliation is current with their Association by the entry deadline
  • No outstanding debts exist with Association, Zone, or VNZ
  • Commitment to participation in VNZ Club Championships pathway
  • Attendance at all required CZL events to maintain eligibility

🏐 Competition Overview

The CZL will feature multiple tournament rounds across the Central Zone, with fixtures scheduled across July–September 2026. At least three tournament events are anticipated per team, with final structure confirmed following entries.
